Welcome to Clinic 23. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

All appointments are subject to availability.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
A deposit may be required for certain treatments.

Clients must be 18 years or older for treatment.
A consultation is required prior any new treatment to determine your suitability and safety.
Clients must disclose medical history, allergies, and medications before treatment.
We will require written and verbal consent prior to medical treatments.
We reserve the right to decline treatment due to medical contraindications, or if deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Prices are subject to change.
Payments must be made in full at the time of treatment unless otherwise arranged.
We accept cash and EFTPOS. This includes Debit cards, Credit cards and pay-wave.

Due to the nature of appearance medicine treatments, individual results may vary, and refunds will not be issued for services rendered.
If you are not satisfied with the results of your treatment, please contact Clinic23 within 21 days of your treatment and be available for a follow up review within 28 days. This will allow us provide an accurate assessment and determine the best course of action.
If a complication arises, please contact Clinic 23 promptly so that Kirsty can provide a prompt assessment, appropriate treatment and care.

All treatments carry potential risks, which will be discussed during your consultation.
Clinic 23 is not liable for any adverse reactions beyond their control or loss that may occur as a direct or indirect result of treatment.

All client information is kept confidential in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
We do not share personal data without consent unless required by law.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
